The client billing recognition process and the customers site visit rules were tightened in all the remote locations.  A digital scanning and logging solution was developed and tested before the end of the project to great success. Prompt recording of site deliveries and shortfalls was also designed and put into action before the end of the project. A ‘cash culture was introduced, and performance indicators baked into the managers business objectives.

Management of a large university embarked on an organization resiliency initiative and sought to drive improvements in profitability, student retention and operational performance in the aftermath of Federal lawsuits.  The university sought to increase efficiency through transformation of the operating model and alignment of processes, and needed to build trust, transparency and an inclusive and engaged workforce.
Instituted a comprehensive program to drive twelve key initiatives. Conducted a deep review and analysis of growth-related items including: pricing-by-program, scholarship-by-program, demographics, and service efficiency and effectiveness, assessed cost efficiencies including: vendor management, labor utilization, compensation, IT expenditures and commitments, use of IT across the various campuses, and other expense areas.  Assessed the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and contractual compliance and control mechanisms; identified gaps; and recommended a roadmap to close the identified gaps in controls.
